Terms, refunds and support

The short version: try it free for three days, pay in sats if you like it, and write me if something breaks. The longer version is below, and it's still short.

What your sats buy

Time on my servers. The code is already yours.

Paying gets you prepaid time on the hosted copy of a tool. I run the server, pay for the AI behind it and keep it updated. Prices, per 30 days:

  • nalgorithm: 10,000 sats
  • Emanator's AI writing: 10,000 sats (scheduling and publishing are free)
  • Lievik: 15,000 sats
  • All-access, all three of the above: 25,000 sats

You can pay any amount from 1,000 to 1,000,000 sats and get time in proportion: 5,000 sats of nalgorithm is 15 days. A new payment stacks on top of the time you have left. It's prepaid over Lightning, so there's nothing to cancel. When your time runs out, the paid parts wait until you top up.

Your time belongs to the Nostr key you sign in with, not to an email or a card.

All of these tools are free software under the MIT license. Run your own copy with your own AI key and you never owe me a sat: nalgorithm, Lievik, Emanator, nsite-clay.

Try it first

Three days free. After that, no refunds.

Every npub gets a free 3-day trial of each tool. It starts the first time you use the paid part (your first nalgorithm digest, the first time Lievik fetches your sources, the first post Emanator's AI writes for you), not when you sign in. Pay during the trial and you keep the unused trial days.

Since you get to try before you pay, I don't refund prepaid time, unused days included. A Lightning payment can't be pulled back anyway, and I'd rather give you three honest days up front than run a refund desk. Still not sure? Pay for a few days instead of a month. The minimum is 1,000 sats.

If my server breaks and eats time you paid for, tell me and I'll add the days back.

nsite-clay's AI

2,000 sats: half tip jar, half credit.

nsite-clay is free. The editor, the templates and publishing never ask for money. Only the AI costs something, and you can pay for it three ways.

The default is one 2,000 sat Lightning invoice. 1,000 sats go to the project as a donation, and 1,000 become your AI credit on my Routstr node at routstr.cypherpunk.today. The donation is a gift and stays one. Credit you don't spend is yours: withdraw it any time from the AI settings.

You can also point nsite-clay at another Routstr node or bring your own API key. Then you're paying someone else, and this page doesn't apply.

What I keep

What the tool needs to do its job, and that's it.

You sign in with your Nostr key, through a browser extension or a signer like Amber. I never see your nsec, and there's no email or password to leak.

Each tool stores what you give it. nalgorithm keeps your interests, your schedule and your rankings. Lievik keeps your sources, channels and ratings. Emanator keeps the accounts you pair and the signed posts waiting for their time. Billing keeps your npub, what you paid and until when. For the AI part, your prompts and content go to an AI model provider. That's the tool doing what you asked.

The pages carry no analytics or ad scripts. The servers keep the ordinary logs every web server keeps.

Want it gone? In nalgorithm, press Delete my hosted data, or DM the bot nalgorithm@cypherpunk.today the words delete my data. In Lievik and Emanator you can delete sources, channels, accounts and posts yourself; to wipe everything, write me through the contact form below and I'll do it. Payment records stay with billing, because that's how it remembers your paid time. Whatever you published to Nostr lives on relays, and deleting it here doesn't unpublish it there.

Best effort

No SLA. Just me, fixing things.

All of this runs on my own servers. Things break: a relay goes quiet, a model provider has a bad day, a server needs a reboot. When something breaks, I fix it. There's no uptime promise and no compensation table, and the software comes as is, as the MIT license says. If billing ever goes down, the free parts keep working.

Play nice

Don't make me write a longer page.

Use the tools for yourself and your projects. Don't spam through Emanator, don't point scripts at the AI to see what happens, and keep your hands off other people's data. Each tool has generous daily caps that only a runaway script should ever hit. If someone abuses the service, I'll switch them off, and the rest of their prepaid time goes with them.

Support

Something broke? Tell me.

Write me through the contact form. Tell me which tool, your npub and what you saw, and I'll get back to you.
